DRIVE Law Firm Marketing is a law firm SEO agency that specializes in online marketing strategies for law firms across the country. DRIVE has grown into a widely-known business in the legal marketing industry with a strong culture and record of success. Our proven intake service, Intake Accelerator, powers law firms’ marketing results starting at their intake process so they can attract more clients, build a stronger brand, and set up the tracking and monitoring necessary for data-driven marketing decisions. In other words, we help law firms drive results by maximizing incoming opportunities through comprehensive turnkey systems designed to build a stronger brand and transform their intake department into a revenue growth machine. We are looking to expand our intake team with the addition of an Intake Coach.



  • Lead Onboarding Training for new clients
  • Shop client calls and lead processing for performance scoring, providing coaching and feedback using DRIVE’s body of knowledge of industry and software best practices
  • Deliver confident intake performance training sessions with law firm teams that educate and enable new users, illustrating the benefits of the intake management software and conversion best practices, effectively communicating value to customers, and instilling confidence and belief in the program
  • Provide a clear path for clients to adopt new features through insights, information, and action plans created in close collaboration with intake coaches
  • Assist in developing interactive online training resources, such as instruction manuals, presentations, and training programs, to ensure better adoption and reduce training burden.
  • Generate performance reports from Monthly Audits and attend monthly KPI performance and coaching calls with clients
  • Oversee all the aspects of the client’s quality assurance stage, including establishing metrics and developing best practices to ensure that quality goals are met
